Data Analyst - Mid level (Urgent)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, reporting, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

The ideal applicant should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, and building interactive reports that help stakeholders make informed business decisions. Candidates with hands-on experience in developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence reporting are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualizations
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis purposes
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights from data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and report optimization
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes for efficiency
• Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot reporting issues when required
• Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Data Science
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
• Strong expertise in Power BI development, including:
• Dashboard Development
• Data Modeling
• DAX Functions
• Power Query
• Data Visualization & Reporting
• Hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into meaningful insights
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
