Data Analyst Mid or Senior

As a data analyst II or III in our Claims Control group, you'll focus on claims repair and estimate agendas. You'll influence senior leaders on process decisions using actionable insights and analytics. In this role, you'll create reports to monitor trends, handle ad hoc requests, and address important business needs. You'll have the chance to contribute to solutions that impact company competitiveness, and gain exposure to top executives. With a five-year strategic plan, you'll help develop initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
  • This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.

Preferred skills

  • Proficient in SAS, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
  • Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
  • Ability to quickly learn and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office - such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality, including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros

Compensation

  • $67,300 - $108,500/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24%-30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance (depending on position level)
