As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s data analysis, reporting, and predictive analytics functions. You will be responsible for gathering, transforming, and interpreting data from various sources to deliver meaningful insights that drive data-based decision-making. Your expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Machine Learning techniques will ensure that all reporting and analytics are accurate, reliable, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, predictive patterns, and insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Apply basic Machine Learning methods such as regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting to support predictive and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, feature engineering, and validation to ensure consistent, high-quality data.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and produce customized reports based on stakeholder requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data analytics, Machine Learning, Excel, Power BI, and BI technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Excel, Power BI, and data analytics in a professional environment.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and their practical applications.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, statistical concepts, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex datasets.
