Data Analyst (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
Strong command of SQL, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
Hands-on experience with dashboarding and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain findings to stakeholders.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Experience working with Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms.
Exposure to healthcare or SaaS-related datasets is preferred.
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis concepts.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and operational stakeholders.
Track KPIs and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Clean, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
Present insights in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner for non-technical audiences.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across reports and dashboards.
Maintain proper documentation for metrics, reports, dashboards, and data processes.
Contribute to building and promoting a strong data-driven culture within the organization.
