OBSS is looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advanced models, generate insights, and design scalable solutions that drive real business outcomes.


Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development of regulatory and legal reporting solutions within the banking domain.
  • Assist in designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models used for compliance reporting.
  • Work with senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into accurate reporting outputs.
  • Conduct data validation, run quality checks, and ensure consistency across reporting layers.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and partial automation of existing reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with data, business, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs.
  • Perform SQL-based data extraction and prepare datasets needed for regulatory reporting workflows.


Qualifications / Technical Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in BI development, preferably within the banking domain.
  • Experience working on Power BI reporting projects involving regulatory or legal reporting.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting terminology and compliance-driven reporting structures.
  • Practical experience with Power BI, including DAX basics and foundational data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, and focus on data accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical competencies while working closely with senior members.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
