Data Analyst- Power Platform

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test data models to import data from source systems based on project requirements.
  
• Analyze heterogeneous source data and write SQL/PySpark scripts to integrate data from multiple sources.
  
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.
  
• Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), including plugins, page development, and web API creation.
  
• Create and manage data flows, cloud flows, and Dataverse integrations.
  
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to meet business needs.
  
• Migrate data into standardized platforms and develop critical data models to improve process performance and product quality.
  
• Own technical implementation and documentation associated with datasets and applications.
  
• Provide updates on project progress, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
  
• Deliver post-implementation support to ensure sustainable project benefits.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  
• Mentor and guide peers and junior team members.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and application development.
  
• Expert in Power Apps:
  • Canvas and Model-driven apps
    
  • Plugin creation
    
  • Page development
    
  • Web API creation
    
  • Data/Cloud flow integration
    
  • Dataverse management
    
• Strong experience with JavaScript and Power Fx for customizations.
  
• Solid knowledge in Reports & Dashboard development using Power BI.
  
• Good understanding of Databases:
  • SQL Server
    
  • SAP HANA
    
  • Azure Synapse
    

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP ECC T-Codes & Navigation).
  
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  
• Understanding of enterprise server architecture and cloud platforms.
  
• Experience in manufacturing or inventory management domains.
