The Role :

We're building our analytics infrastructure from the ground up. You'll own the entire data stack - from ingestion to insights - and work directly with founders to drive product, content, and growth decisions.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how we measure and optimize our business.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from multiple sources to BigQuery
• Design and create executive dashboards in Tableau for business metrics
• Develop statistical models for user behavior, retention, and content performance
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all systems
• Partner with product, content, and marketing teams to define metrics and drive insights
• Enable self-service analytics for the broader team

Required Skills

Core Technical:

• SQL - Advanced level (complex queries, optimization, data modeling)
• BigQuery - Data warehousing, schema design, performance tuning
• Tableau - Dashboard design and data storytelling
• Python/R - Statistical analysis and modeling
• Statistical Modeling - Regression, cohort analysis, forecasting, A/B testing
• Data Pipelines - ETL/ELT design and implementation
• API Integration - REST APIs, webhooks, data reconciliation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar tools
• Product analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Subscription/SaaS metrics and modeling
• OTT/streaming platform experience
