About The Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to help PRYPCO make better decisions through data. You will work closely with product and business teams to define metrics, analyse performance, identify opportunities, and build dashboards. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with business curiosity and can turn data into practical actions.
What You'll Be Doing

Understanding PRYPCO's business, products, and processes through data

Partnering with product and business teams to support decision-making with clear analysis and insights

Defining, improving, and tracking key business and product metrics

Building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase and Power BI

Investigating trends, anomalies, and root causes in data

Supporting self-service analytics by improving data accessibility and usability

Promoting data literacy across the organization through guidance, documentation, and workshops
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role

Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets

Good knowledge of Python or other programming languages

Experience building dashboards and reports for business and product stakeholders

Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Nice to have

Experience in PropTech, FinTech, or other fast-scaling businesses

Experience supporting product teams with experimentation, funnel analysis, or performance measurement

Familiarity with data modelling, semantic layers, or data warehouse environments
