Data Analyst – Qlik Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in Qlik Sense to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing interactive dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik dashboards and reports to visualize complex datasets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into Qlik.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Qlik tools and data interpretation.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and explore new features within Qlik to enhance analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Qlik Sense.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, Azure) and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of the medical insurance domain is a plus.
