Data Analyst – Quantitative Research

About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong quantitative and analytical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SPSS, Python, and data analysis, and a solid understanding of statistics and research design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights
• Develop and automate analytical reports using SPSS / Python / Excel
• Support market research projects through data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis
• Work closely with research and client servicing teams to interpret findings
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and advanced analytics tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or IT
• 3–4 years of experience in quantitative data analysis or market research
• Strong command over MS Excel, SPSS, Python (Pandas/Numpy)
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
