*Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support business teams through data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will help transform data into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze data using MySQL and Google BigQuery
• Build and maintain dashboards using Metabase
• Automate workflows and reporting processes using Zapier
• Perform data analysis using Python and advanced Excel
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
• Translate business requirements into analytical reports
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders

*Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL & BigQuery)
• Experience with dashboarding tools (Metabase preferred)
• Good knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills
