Accountabilities

• Automate, simplify any manual step & inputs

• Data quality

• Align process to global standards where possible

• Manage job data change

• Manage employee movements

• Manage mass data changes

• Manage organizational structures

• Manage positions

• Produce contracts

• Manage new hire/rehire processing

• Manage personal data change

• Manage employee personnel file

• Manage voluntary separation

Essential Skills/Experience

• Minimum 3-5 experience in HR field

• Able to communicate fluently in English & French

• Experience with Workday

• Keen attention to details and focus on data accuracy

• Knowledge of Egypt labor law, mainly in the area of time & absence, disability at work, compensation elements.

• Demonstratable ability to manage competing priorities efficiently

• Excellent communicator, with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders to explain and execute HR policy.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications

• Proven ability to work with confidential data

• Ability to think analytically and able to effectively problem solve using creative solutions

• Flexibility and resourcefulness to change

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Experience of working in HR Operations / HR Services

• Experience with ServiceNow or other HCMS

• HR qualification
