HR Operations Specialist

Job Description:

• Ensure the fulfillment and collection of all required hiring documents for newly hired employees in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records in both hard copy and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage the enrollment and removal process of employees in the company’s medical insurance plan and handle related requests.
• Manage interactions with governmental entities such as labor offices and social insurance offices to ensure compliance.
• Support the process of monitoring and following up on employee contract renewals as per company policies.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and ensure the accuracy of HR data and documentation.

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel.
• Knowledge of HR systems and database management.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with labor law and social insurance regulations.
