Experience Required: 2+ years (B2B or Retail Industry preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience in data analysis within B2B or retail sectors, with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Analyze sales data, customer trends, and business performance
• Provide insights to improve sales, operations, and marketing strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Automate reporting processes where possible
• Present findings to management in a clear format

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong command of Excel, Power BI/Tableau
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (English required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or Retail industry
• Familiarity with Python or R (optional but preferred)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems
