Data Analyst Senior

As a senior data analyst on the Claims Control File Owner team, you'll focus on claims liability and coverage agendas. In this role, you'll create reports and dashboards, meet with process partners on a regular basis, and help identify improvements to support claims handling. You'll create complex queries from numerous data sources and platforms and develop tests and models to help business partners understand the impact of process changes. Additionally, you'll support numerous business partners by developing initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Proficient programming skills (e.g., SAS, R or SQL and Snowflake).
  • Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office - such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros.

Compensation

  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
