As a
senior or lead data analyst in the Personal Lines Control organization, you’ll apply mathematics and statistical techniques to breathe life into our data. In this role, you’ll tell the story behind the data, predict future behaviors, and help critical collaborators make decisions that impact the company. In addition to conducting retention analysis and preparing reports, you’ll partner with peers to present creative solutions for various business and financial-related questions.

Preferred skills-
Experience working with large datasets.

Proficient in programming skills (e.g., SAS or SQL).

Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment.

Intermediate skills with data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
Compensation
- $81,400 - $131,200/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
