As a
senior or lead data analyst in the Corporate Benefits Department, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert delivering advanced, business-critical analytics that inform strategic and operational decisions across multiple health benefits programs. You’ll independently lead complex analyses, build predictive and statistical models, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, risks, cost drivers, and opportunities for optimization. You’ll partner closely with collaborators across the business to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You’ll also lead high-impact analytics initiatives and influence benefits strategy through data-driven storytelling and informed decision-making.

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills-
Strong understanding of business processes within spaces like healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations.

Strong understanding of big data concepts, data modeling, and multi-source data integration, including experience developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and analytical programs (e.g., SAS, R, Python).

Advanced experience developing predictive and statistical models using large, complex datasets, and proven ability to analyze trends in utilization, cost, vendor performance, and program outcomes.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, lookups, charts, automation) and experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, skilled at presenting complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Compensation
- $81,400 - $131,200/year
