As a senior or lead data analyst on the HR Systems People Analytics team, you’ll partner with HR professionals and senior leadership to deliver reporting solutions and analytical monitoring tools. In this customer-facing role, you’ll have exceptional variety and broad exposure to people data to fulfill ad hoc requests and evolve flagship reporting using the latest technologies. You’ll also help shape the future by supporting the Workday implementation, learning new data structures, contributing to a new Snowflake data model, and reimagining the way we tell stories using people data.

A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills-
Advanced SQL and/or T-SQL to retrieve and manipulate data, along with strong SAS/Snowflake and data visualization, such as Power BI/Tableau, to help tell stories.

Proven ability to work and communicate directly with customers and stakeholders to build reporting solutions that prioritize performance optimization and user-friendly interfaces.

Skilled in presenting and explaining data insights and trends to customers in a clear and actionable manner and making actionable recommendations.

Entrepreneurial, a self-starter who works collaboratively within a team and across all levels of an organization.

Approaches work with a sense of ownership, curiosity, and a strong dedication to quality and continuous improvement.
Compensation
- $81,400 - $131,200/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
