Data Analyst Specialist - Outsource Sales Sector

Job Summary

The Data Analyst Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making. The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, drive strategy, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions
• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.)
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Preferably with experience in the real estate sector
