I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Coordinate various data sources within an organization.
Perform data profiling and discovery.
Gather and interpret business requirements.
Create data documentation.
Perform data modeling and design.

II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

Working on data migration or data integration projects with specific experience with cleaning data, running basic reports, and maintaining existing dashboards.

Required

SQL experience writing queries to extract data from relational databases.

Preferred

Programming languages commonly used for data analysis such as Python or R.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Preferred

Working on a development team.

Preferred

Completion of two or more full-scale data migration projects (legacy to cloud or legacy to modern ERP/CRM).

Preferred

Working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Note: Expected Start Date 07/01/2026 and Expected End Date 06/30/2029.

Hours worked should be within the State’s core hours of 7:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. In addition, Contractor personnel may be required to work on State holidays, weekends and hours outside of the State’s core business hours in order to meet critical deadlines.
