Job Purpose
To provide analytical support to the HR Planning & Development team by transforming workforce data into actionable insights. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR metrics to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various systems (HRIS, recruitment, training, performance management).

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track HR metrics (e.g., workforce demographics, turnover, recruitment KPIs, training effectiveness).

Support workforce planning by analyzing trends in headcount, hiring, promotions, and attrition.

Assist in monitoring employee development programs and preparing progress reports.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Support special HR projects related to data and digital transformation.

Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Management Information Systems (MIS)

Fresh graduate eligible for the
Tamheer Program
(registered in HRDF, no prior employment in last 6 months).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Basic understanding of HR concepts and workforce planning is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
