Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization make informed business decisions. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (e.g., in Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain data models, predictive models, or statistical analyses as needed.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
• Present findings to management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Work with engineering or IT teams to improve data pipelines, data quality, and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language (Python or R recommended).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tools (Airflow, dbt, Informatica, etc.).
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or A/B testing.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or analytics roles in the specific industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹516,325.54 - ₹1,016,726.26 per year
