We are seeking a
high‑impact Data Analyst – Transformation & Performance Management
to support a large‑scale
institutional transformation program
. This role sits at the heart of the
Transformation Management Office (TMO)
and acts as the analytical engine behind
KPI tracking, executive dashboards, program monitoring, and performance insights
.
You will enable
data‑driven decision‑making
for senior leadership by translating complex data into
clear, actionable insights
, while ensuring rigorous tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation Program & TMO Support
-
Design and maintain
strategic dashboards
(ClearPoint or similar) tracking transformation KPIs across all streams.

Monitor program progress using
RAG (Red‑Amber‑Green)
status for milestones, deliverables, and gate readiness.
-
Prepare
weekly TMO reports
and
monthly executive dashboards
for Steering Committee and leadership.
-
Maintain
risk registers, dependency maps, and mitigation tracking
.
-
Support
gate readiness assessments
(Gate 1–4) with evidence, metrics, and compliance documentation.
-
Collaborate with Project Managers and stream leads to ensure accurate, timely data collection.
-
Develop
automated reporting workflows
to improve efficiency and data refresh cycles.
Data Analysis & Business Reporting (BAU)
-
Analyze real estate and operational data (portfolio performance, occupancy, yields, valuations).
-
Deliver regular and ad‑hoc
BI reports
for Asset Management, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
-
Identify trends, insights, risks, and anomalies to support strategic decisions.
Process Excellence & Data Governance
-
Standardize KPI definitions, reporting frameworks, and data governance practices.
-
Ensure
data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
across platforms.
-
Maintain data dictionaries, validation checks, and quality controls.
-
Support the establishment of a
single source of truth
for transformation and performance data.
Stakeholder Engagement
-
Partner closely with TMO, Project Managers, IT, and senior stakeholders.

Present insights through
executive‑ready dashboards and narratives
.

Enable data‑driven discussions during reviews, gate assessments, and leadership forums.
Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Analytics

Advanced skills in
Power BI, Tableau
, or similar BI tools

Strong
Excel / Google Sheets
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, data models)

Proficiency in
SQL

Experience with
ClearPoint Strategy
or equivalent performance platforms

Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools

Transformation & PMO
-
Experience supporting
transformation programs, PMO/TMO, or large change initiatives
-
KPI frameworks, scorecards, RAID logs, and governance reporting
-
Understanding of
phase‑gate / transformation governance models.
Professional Experience
-
5–7+ years
in data analysis, BI, or performance management
-
2–3+ years
supporting transformation or enterprise programs
-
Industry Experience in Real estate, asset management, or family office experience is a strong plus

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, IT, or related field

MBA or Master’s in Analytics (preferred)

Power BI / Tableau, PMP, CBAP, Change Management certifications are an advantage
