The primary goal is to be the architect of our internal data, responsible for collating historical data to assist in building data pipelines, ensuring data integrity across systems, and creating statistical models that help the business forecast market activity and identify risks. (optimize project schedules, and ensure the efficient delivery of internal systems).
Essential roles and responsibilities
:

Perform regression analysis on historical data to identify correlation between project size, location, and cost overruns.

Analyze timesheet data to calculate accurate productivity rates for specific tasks to improve future estimation accuracy.

Predictive Analytics: Use historical data to forecast potential "snagging" volume or equipment failure rates based on installation timelines.

Analyse lead times for critical materials (joinery, marble, glazing) and MEP equipment to forecast potential project delays.

Design, Develop and maintain automated Power BI/Tableau dashboards that visualize live project KPIs (Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index) for stakeholders.

Analyse data from snagging tools to identify the most common quality defects in fitout execution, allowing for better vendor management and training.

Translate complex datasets into clear, visual reports for non-technical teams (Site & Commercial Team).
Skills and Experience
:

3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a reputable organization

Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent from a reputable University
