Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive our mission forward. You will analyse healthcare information to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of our programmes, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a passion for data and a desire to make a tangible impact on community health.



Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources, including member claims and clinical information.

- Analyse results using statistical techniques to identify significant trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.

- Create and maintain data visualisations, dashboards, and comprehensive reports for key stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.

- Work closely with management and different departments to understand and prioritise their information and analysis needs.

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data, performing regular quality assurance checks.

- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing member health outcomes and improving operational processes.



Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

- Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

- A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics is highly desirable.

- Previous experience within the healthcare sector would be a significant advantage.
