Data Analyst/Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and business requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Server.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Create clear, concise, and visually appealing data visualizations that communicate key insights to a non-technical audience.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong portfolio of dashboards created in Tableau.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL is required.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
