主要职责

1. 数字绩效与分析

  • 分析每日、每周和每月的营销表现,涵盖SEO、SEM、Meta广告、TikTok广告及小红书广告,以提供洞察和优化建议。
  • 构建并维护实时仪表板,追踪关键绩效指标(KPI),如流量、转化率、潜在客户质量、获客成本(CPA)、投资回报率(ROI)及参与率。
  • 使用Google Analytics、Meta Business Suite、TikTok Ads Manager及第三方报告平台,优化广告投放效率。
  • 进行预测建模和趋势预测,基于线上互动数据评估未来房地产市场趋势。

2. 付费媒体及社交广告策略

  • 提供数据驱动的建议,以优化广告定向、出价策略及预算分配。
  • 对创意、广告文案和落地页进行A/B测试,提高转化率及用户参与度。
  • 与营销团队合作,优化SEO策略、关键词表现及潜在客户获取策略,以推动自然流量增长。

3. 商业智能与销售增长分析

  • 为销售团队提供可操作的洞察,基于社交媒体、网站流量及广告表现的数据支持。
  • 监控潜在客户流量及客户旅程数据,确保营销工作能够推动优质买家。
  • 进行竞争分析,评估行业趋势、竞争对手广告表现及房地产市场洞察。

4. 跨部门协作与流程优化

  • 与营销、销售及财务团队合作,使绩效指标与业务目标保持一致。
  • 调查广告表现中的数据差异,确保报告准确性。
  • 与内部相关方合作,优化营销自动化流程,提高潜在客户管理效率。
  • 紧跟数字营销趋势、房地产行业变化及平台算法更新,确保广告投放保持竞争力。

资格与技能

技术技能

  • 拥有数据分析、营销、商业或相关领域的学士学位。
  • 熟悉付费数字媒体平台(Meta广告、TikTok广告、小红书、Google广告及SEO/SEM工具)。
  • 具备使用Google Analytics、Excel、SQL、Power BI或Tableau进行报告与数据可视化的经验。
  • 理解A/B测试、转化率优化(CRO)及受众分群。
  • 具备Python或R数据分析经验者优先。

About Us :We are a leading real estate agency committed to leveraging data-driven insights and digital strategies to drive property sales and engagement. We are seeking a Data Analyst with a passion for performance marketing, paid media analytics, and business intelligence to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, digital advertising platforms, and real-world business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance across SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Redbook (Xiaohongshu) Ads to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), ROI, and engagement rates.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and third-party reporting platforms to optimize campaign efficiency.
  • Conduct predictive modeling and forecasting to assess future real estate market trends based on online engagement data.

2. Paid Media & Social Ad Strategy

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation across platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine SEO strategies, keyword performance, and lead generation tactics for organic traffic growth.

3. Business Intelligence & Sales Growth Analysis

  • Support sales teams with actionable insights derived from social media, website traffic, and ad performance.
  • Monitor lead flow and customer journey data to ensure marketing efforts are driving qualified buyers.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking—analyzing industry trends, competitor ad performance, and real estate market insights.
  • 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align performance metrics with business objectives.
  • Investigate data discrepancies in campaign performance, ensuring reporting accuracy.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to enhance marketing automation processes for better efficiency in lead management.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, real estate industry shifts, and evolving platform algorithms to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.

Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with paid digital media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Redbook, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM tools).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to develop reports and data visualization.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus!
  • Soft Skills Strong analytical mindset – ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent team collaboration & communication – work across departments to align strategies. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
