Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Executive with strong understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming operational and inventory data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring accurate inventory control through ERP, POS, or customized software platforms. This role requires hands-on system usage, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple tools and data sources.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain and inventory data from ERP, POS, and internal systems
• Develop regular reports and dashboards covering inventory levels, stock movement, sales trends, procurement, and logistics
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Support management with forecasting, trend analysis, and performance insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems

Supply Chain & Inventory Management (Analytics-Focused)

• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, demand patterns, and replenishment requirements
• Analyze stock turnover, slow-moving items, and stockout risks
• Support inventory planning, purchasing decisions, and warehouse optimization through data insights
• Assist in improving supply chain efficiency, lead times, and cost control using analytical findings
• Ensure inventory data aligns with physical stock and system records

Systems & Software Management

• Work hands-on with ERP, POS, inventory, or customized management systems
• Maintain accurate system entries, reconciliation, and reporting
• Quickly adapt to new software tools, dashboards, and internal platforms
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and IT teams to enhance system workflows and reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analytics, or inventory-focused roles
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Hands-on experience managing inventory through ERP or inventory management software
• Ability to work across multiple systems and quickly learn new platforms
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of BI tools, dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting techniques
• Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Understanding of inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain metrics
