Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Analytics Executive with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming operational and inventory data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

This role requires hands-on experience with ERP, POS, or customized systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage and interpret data across multiple platforms. Experience working with footwear or branded retail environments will be considered a strong advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain and inventory data from ERP, POS, and internal systems
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards covering stock levels, inventory movement, sales trends, procurement, and logistics performance
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement through data-driven analysis
• Provide forecasting, trend analysis, and actionable insights to support management decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems

Supply Chain & Inventory Analytics

• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, demand patterns, and replenishment requirements
• Analyze stock turnover, slow-moving items, and potential stockout risks
• Support procurement planning and warehouse optimization through analytical insights
• Contribute to improving supply chain efficiency, reducing lead times, and controlling costs
• Ensure alignment between system inventory records and physical stock

Systems & Software Management

• Efficiently operate ERP, POS, and inventory management or customized software systems
• Maintain accurate system entries, perform reconciliations, and ensure reliable reporting
• Adapt to new tools, dashboards, and internal systems as required
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and IT teams to improve workflows and reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analytics, or inventory-focused roles
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Practical experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and quickly adapt to new systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar systems
• Familiarity with BI tools, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting techniques
• Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing sectors
• Understanding of inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain performance metrics
• Prior experience working with footwear brands or retail shoe industry will be highly preferred
