Data Analytics Executive (Supply Chain & Inventory)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Executive with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting operational and inventory data into meaningful insights to support decision-making, improve stock accuracy, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

This role requires hands-on experience with ERP, POS, or customized systems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to independently manage and interpret data from multiple sources. Experience in footwear or branded retail environments will be a plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting

• Gather, clean, and analyze supply chain and inventory data from ERP, POS, and internal systems
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to stock levels, inventory movement, sales trends, procurement, and logistics
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
• Provide forecasting, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations for management
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all platforms

Supply Chain & Inventory Analytics

• Monitor stock levels, inventory aging, demand trends, and replenishment needs
• Analyze stock turnover, slow-moving products, and potential stockout risks
• Support procurement planning and warehouse efficiency through analytical input
• Contribute to improving supply chain performance, reducing lead times, and controlling costs
• Ensure alignment between system data and physical inventory

Systems & Software Management

• Operate ERP, POS, and inventory or customized software systems effectively
• Maintain accurate system entries and perform regular reconciliations
• Adapt to new tools, dashboards, and internal systems as required
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and IT teams to improve workflows and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain, or inventory-focused roles
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Practical experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and adapt quickly to new systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar
• Familiarity with BI tools, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting methods
• Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing industries
• Understanding of inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain metrics
• Prior experience in footwear or retail shoe industry will be an advantage
