Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Data Analytics Instructor who possesses both elite technical mastery and a high-impact teaching style. This is not a passive lecturing role. You will be responsible for transforming high-potential learners into industry-ready data professionals through a rigorous, high-pressure curriculum. We have a zero-tolerance policy for technical inaccuracies, inefficient coding practices, or lack of instructional engagement.Mandatory Technical RequirementsCandidates who do not meet 100% of these criteria will be automatically disqualified.
- SQL Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL. You must be able to live-code complex multi-table joins, Window Functions, CTEs, and recursive queries without references.
- Advanced Python: Expert command of Python for Data Science. Deep experience with Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for predictive modeling (regression, classification, clustering).
- Mathematics & Statistics: Deep theoretical and practical understanding of Linear Algebra, Calculus, and both Frequentist and Bayesian statistics.
- Enterprise BI: Level 3 mastery of either Power BI (advanced DAX) or Tableau (complex Calculated Fields/LOD expressions).
- Industry Experience: 5–7 years of verified professional experience as a Data Analyst or Scientist, plus 2+ years of formal classroom or corporate training experience.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Intensity Instruction: Deliver 20+ hours of live, technical instruction per week, maintaining a high "command presence" and managing advanced technical Q&A sessions.
- Rigorous Code Review: Conduct granular audits of student repositories, enforcing strict adherence to PEP 8 standards and data integrity protocols.
- Curriculum Engineering: Constantly refine lesson plans to include the latest advancements in AI-driven analytics and automated ETL workflows.
- Capstone Mentorship: Supervise end-to-end projects, ensuring every student output meets professional deployment standards (clean code, thorough documentation, and actionable business insights).

- Communication: Ability to explain a "Random Forest" or "p-value" to a beginner with absolute clarity.
