DATA ANALYTICS INTERN

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in data quality management and provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in data preparation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasets across multiple sources
Remove duplicate records and standardize data formats to ensure consistency
Validate data integrity by cross-referencing information and performing quality checks
Handle missing values through appropriate imputation techniques or flagging for review
Transform and normalize data to meet organizational standards and requirements
Document data cleaning processes, methodologies, and any issues encountered
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and business context

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Tech, B. Com (Statistics), Data Science, or related field
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI & SQL)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred or Good to Have Skillsets:

Familiarity with data cleaning tools, Databricks, Kafka, Oracle, Apache Airflow, Docker Kubernetes
Understanding of data quality principles and best practices
Data Scientist certification
AWS Certification
