Description and Requirements

We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to support our data and operations initiatives. This role is ideal for a student interested in data analysis, reporting, and operational improvement. The intern will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze existing data, improve reporting capabilities, and help identify opportunities to drive efficiency through better data structures and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform deep dives into existing datasets to identify trends, issues, and potential data quality errors.
  • Develop new reporting requirements and create reports that support business and operational decision‑making.
  • Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and assist in outlining implementation plans.
  • Support the design of platform‑agnostic data structures to improve scalability, consistency, and usability across systems.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and data definitions clearly for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to validate insights and ensure reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, or BI tools).
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Currently pursing a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics ore related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with basic data modeling concepts.
  • Exposure to process improvement or operational analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Principles
