As a Data Analytics Manage r, you will drive data and performance enablement across dnata Airport Operations UAE (dAO) by designing frameworks that translate operational, financial, and workforce data into actionable insights. You will champion a data-driven culture through robust governance, clear metrics, and scalable solutions that support smarter, faster decision-making. Leveraging advanced analytics and data science, you will uncover opportunities, influence strategic direction, and enhance operational outcomes. Working closely with enterprise data teams and analytics stakeholders, you will align efforts, maximise capabilities, and ensure accountability across all data assets. You will also lead the development of trusted, integrated data products while strengthening the organisation’s analytical maturity by coaching teams, uplifting data literacy, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality service to internal customers. Additionally, you will provide leadership to a team of data practitioners to ensure sustainable analytics adoption across the business.
