Data Analytics & Reporting Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analytics & Reporting Leader to join our growing Data & AI practice at Systems Limited. This is a client-facing consulting role where you will drive analytics transformation for enterprise clients across industries like Banking, Retail, Telecom, and Healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements to design and deliver impactful analytics solutions
• Build interactive dashboards & reports using Power BI / Tableau
• Support presales, demos, and solutioning for analytics opportunities
• Drive reporting automation & modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Conduct workshops, trainings, and stakeholder presentations

Requirement:

• Strong experience in Data Analytics, BI, and Reporting
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI / Tableau + SQL
• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles
• Knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks is a plus)
• Excellent communication & data storytelling skills

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science / Data Analytics / Statistics (mandatory)
