About the Role

The Data Analytics Specialist IV will focus on providing critical analytical support to Payment, Risk and Account Governance CommOps teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing analytical tools and dashboards while also taking on new projects. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and technical skills to support proactive, forward-thinking analysis that helps drive the business's strategic initiatives. You will work on projects that involve developing tools to help improve key metrics and enhance the customer experience.

Your Impact in Role:

• With strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to select, clean, and transform datasets, write complex queries, and work with Hive or Presto
• Deliver critical business intelligence across multiple lines of business, ensuring reliable reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
• Execute ad hoc deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of performance issues and enable program teams to address systemic challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in analytics
• Strong analytics skills, SQL, Python or R
• Experience within visualization tools, Tableau,Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Excellent written and spoken Communication (in English)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with A/B test, statistic model
• Critical analytical mindset
• Self-directed project management
• Proven ability to work with various stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions
