Data & Analytics Translator

We export our leading brands such as OK, Solo, Selpak, UniBaby and our most preferred brands in the cleaning papers, personal care, home care, baby care and out-of-home categories to more than 80 countries in 5 continents, heavily investing in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making. To strengthen our growing Data & Analytics team, we are looking for a Data & Analytics Translator who will bridge the gap between business units and technology, driving value through data and analytics across Enterprise Data Warehouse, BI reporting, Data Analytics, Industry 4.0, and Gen AI initiatives.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Identify and prioritize business opportunities that can be solved or enhanced through analytics.
• Translate business problems into data problems and communicate data-driven solutions in a language business users can easily understand.
• Act as the bridge between Business, Analytics, and Information Technology across projects involving advanced analytics, Industry 4.0, and Gen AI.
• Lead data science teams in developing data-driven solutions, supporting these solutions, and helping automate intelligent decision-making processes.
• Increase data literacy within business teams through presentations, training, and ongoing communication, simplifying complex analytics concepts.
• Manage project and demand pipelines end-to-end, ensuring prioritization, scope clarity, and on-time delivery.
• Combine soft and hard skills (statistics, problem-solving, data management, project management) to ensure analytics solutions deliver tangible business value.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• 4+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on exposure to advanced analytics (general statistics, analytical modeling techniques) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases; ability to query and understand data structures.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with at least one BI or data visualization tool (preferably MicroStrategy or Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and project management experience.
• Effective communication skills across all management levels, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different priorities and timelines while staying delivery-focused.
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to continuously learn in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
