Job Type: Full-Time

Timings: 8:30pm to 5:30am

Key Responsibilities

1. Risk Identification and Assessment

• Analyze business processes to identify potential risks and control gaps.
• Document findings and communicate risk areas to relevant stakeholders.

2. Test Plan Development

• Draft comprehensive test plans tailored to specific audit objectives and business processes.
• Ensure test plans are aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

3. Process Documentation

• Develop detailed walkthrough documents to illustrate process flows and control points.
• Facilitate process understanding for audit teams and stakeholders.

4. Document Request Management

• Prepare and manage document request lists to support audit activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.

5. Research and Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics to support audit procedures and business insights.
• Summarize findings in clear, actionable reports.

6. Analytics Test Planning

• Create analytics-focused test plans to identify anomalies, trends, and control weaknesses.
• Collaborate with audit teams to integrate analytics into audit methodology.

7. Data Source Identification

• Identify and validate appropriate data sources for analysis and testing.
• Ensure data integrity and relevance to audit objectives.

8. SQL Query Execution

• Develop and execute clear, efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Interpret query results to support audit findings and recommendations.

9. Workpaper Documentation

• Prepare concise and accurate workpapers to document audit procedures, evidence, and conclusions.
• Maintain compliance with internal documentation standards.

10. Analytics Examples and Follow-up

• Provide detailed analytics examples and follow-up actions to Points of Contact (POCs).
• Support stakeholders in understanding and leveraging analytics outcomes.

11. Stakeholder Engagement

• Demonstrate flexibility in connecting with stakeholders as needed, including outside standard business hours.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the audit process.

12. Audit Progress Reporting

• Provide continuous updates on audit progress, key milestones, and emerging issues.
• Ensure transparency and timely communication with audit leadership and stakeholders.

13. Automation and Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive audit tasks and data analysis processes.
• Implement automation solutions using relevant tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

14. AI/ML and Generative AI Integration

• Apply AI/ML techniques and generative AI models to support advanced analytics, anomaly detection, and predictive insights in audit engagements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop, deploy, and maintain AI-driven audit solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI/ML and Gen AI to recommend innovative approaches for audit and controls testing.
