Job Title: Data & Pricing Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & Pricing Analyst to manage product pricing, support business reporting, and maintain dashboards. The role involves working closely with sales, e-commerce, and management teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesPricing Management & Compliance

• Maintain and update the Pricing Master Sheet
• Ensure pricing accuracy across platforms (e.g., Orsina)
• Perform regular price audits and resolve discrepancies
• Standardize pricing across products and variants

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare monthly sales reports and P&L summaries
• Conduct sales, stock, and product performance analysis
• Perform trend analysis (e.g., 20/80 analysis, category performance)
• Provide insights on consistently selling products and stock movement

Dashboard Management (Power BI)

• Maintain and update dashboards (Sales, Refunds, Ads, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Develop and improve dashboards based on business needs

Data Extraction & Systems (SAP)

• Extract and manage data from SAP (Sales, Customer, Item Master)
• Build and optimize queries for reporting purposes
• Integrate SAP data into reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

Business Support

• Provide ad-hoc reports and data support to internal teams
• Assist E-commerce team with pricing updates and product data
• Coordinate with stakeholders for data requirements and updates

Product & Market Insights

• Support product price comparison analysis
• Monitor competitor pricing trends
• Highlight pricing gaps and opportunities

Requirements

• Strong skills in Excel (advanced)
• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools)
• Basic knowledge of SQL / data querying (preferred)
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination
