Data and Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data and Reporting Analyst to join our client's team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Extract, clean, and maintain data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI or Tableau) to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Trend Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact business performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses on specific business problems as requested by management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), and high attention to detail.
