Data Architecture Manager

Responsible for defining and leading the bank’s enterprise data architecture to ensure alignment with digital transformation objectives, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.

This role ensures data structures, integrations, and flows across the organization are optimized for scalability, security, and business intelligence enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the enterprise data architecture framework, ensuring models, integrations, and standards are scalable, secure, and aligned with the bank’s strategy.
• Lead the development and maintenance of conceptual, logical, and physical data models across enterprise domains, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
• Oversee data flow design and governance, including integrations and APIs, to ensure accessibility and consistency of information across systems.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data management teams to ensure architecture supports analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5 years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and integration within banking or financial services.

Strong knowledge of data architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK).

Experience with Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Informatica, or equivalent platforms.

Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.

Familiarity with regulatory data standards (SAMA, Basel, IFRS9).
