Huawei Pakistan is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand market influence. This position focuses on the sales of product solutions, customer relationship management, and ecosystem development in the key infrastructure of Data Centers.
The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the Data Center industry, strong solution capabilities, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams to deliver customer-centric Data Center infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer needs, guide and design solutions, manage project operations, and support the sales team in pre-bid and pre-quote activities to help the team achieve specified market targets.

Manage key customer relationships, with a focus on expanding technical-level customer bases and establishing long-term partnerships.

Have a thorough understanding of technical solutions in the data center energy infrastructure field, including UPS power distribution, HVAC, DCIM, and Modular Data Centers, and be able to design and customize data center solutions for customers.

Participate in marketing activities in the data center infrastructure field as an industry expert to enhance Huawei's brand influence.

Be familiar with the ecosystem of upstream and downstream partners in the data center field and drive business growth.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

5+ years of experience in direct sales or solution sales within the data center industry.

Strong knowledge of data center solutions, including:

UPS power distribution systems

HVAC cooling systems

Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)

Proficiency in English as a working language.
