Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Data Center & Smart Hands Engineer to support daily operations within our data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and designing data center equipment and facilities and ensuring that designs and installations meet requirements.
• Keeping accurate records of all activities .
• Troubleshooting technical issues and responding promptly to emergencies.
• Managing the power sources, heating, and cooling controls inside the facility
• Performing cable management, including securing , color coding and documenting the writing
• Define data center system level architecture
• Develop operations and maintenance procedures
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Provide regular updates tostakeholders
• Set up and configure servers to meet operational needs
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Handle hardware upgrades to maintain system efficiency.
• Participate in audits and provide solutions for identified concerns. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage the environment monitoring systems, respond to alerts promptly, and take necessary actions.

• Provide comprehensive reports as per the data center’s standard procedure.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect data and infrastructure , monitor for any security breaches and respond accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data center best practices and safety standards.
