JOB DESCRIPTION

ENKA Data Solutions provides uninterrupted, secure, and highly efficient operation of critical facility infrastructures with new generation data center and colocation solutions. We are seeking a Data Center Facility Operations Manager to be responsible for the electrical and mechanical facility operations of our data centers.

• End-to-End Operations Management – Manage data center facility operations (electrical & mechanical) end-to-end; oversee the operation of UPS, generators, transformers, energy distribution systems, and cooling infrastructures.
• Operational Continuity – Ensure the facility operates uninterruptedly in accordance with 7/24 Uptime Tier III criteria and maintain operational continuity.
• Maintenance & Failure Management – Plan and execute maintenance, testing, and failure management processes.
• Optimization & Monitoring – Conduct energy efficiency, capacity, and cost optimization studies; perform facility monitoring and reporting via BMS / DCIM systems.
• Crisis Management – Manage emergency, crisis, and disaster scenarios effectively.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance firms, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Team Leadership – Manage facility teams, including shift scheduling and performance planning.
• Compliance & Audit – Ensure compliance with audits, certifications, and legal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities.
• Min 8–10 years of previous experience in data center or critical facility operations.
• Advanced technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructures.
• Mastery of Tier III / Tier IV standards and data center operation best practices.
• Proven experience in team and operation management.
• Strong competency in planning, crisis management, and problem-solving.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
