- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in computing hardware quality, product engineering, test engineering, or electronic hardware systems issue resolution.
- Experience performing root cause failure analysis or process improvements in a data center, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with reliability and quality test data or manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, or Python.
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or other relevant engineering discipline.
- 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing or product engineering of cloud hardware technology or electronic hardware systems.
- Experience with advanced statistical or statistics based methodologies (e.g., design of experiments, statistical process controls, six sigma, etc.).
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams using a practical and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Manage multiple projects, lead cross-team initiatives, and identify/implement process improvements for the organization.
- Provide technical leadership, set priorities, complete root cause analysis, and drive resolution of technical issues for robust product quality and predictable field deployment.
- Initiate, drive, and implement innovative product, process, tools development/improvement projects, separately and in a cross-functional environment.
- Monitor, review and present product performance data and metrics to stakeholders in a concise and clear way that enables data-driven decision making.
- Travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
