Position: Data Center Sales Manager
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for data center solutions (colocation, managed services, cloud hosting, etc.).
Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, and marketing) to create customized solutions that address client needs.
Present and pitch data center services to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to close deals.
Deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure client retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Identify industry-specific opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for service improvement.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in data center, colocation, or IT infrastructure sales.
Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud, and managed services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and deliver technical sales presentations.
Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
