Position: Data Center Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

 Identify and develop new business opportunities for data center solutions (colocation, managed services, cloud hosting, etc.).

 Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

 Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, and marketing) to create customized solutions that address client needs.

 Present and pitch data center services to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to close deals.

 Deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure client retention.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

 Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

 Identify industry-specific opportunities and offer tailored solutions.

 Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for service improvement.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

 Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

 Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

 Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 5-8 years of experience in data center, colocation, or IT infrastructure sales.

 Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud, and managed services.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to develop and deliver technical sales presentations.

 Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.

 Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

 Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
