Overview
This Position is responsible for using his/her Data Center solution knowledge & expertise to educate customers, especially the Cloud & services providers on products, technologies, and competitive differentiators, ensuring alignment with their business and technical requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, effectively position solutions, and drive the successful sale of solution-based projects.
Selected candidate will actively support the sales organization in achieving revenue and gross margin targets by providing the right technical guidance, solution design & optimization opportunities and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
In addition, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing consultants in the Data Center market. This includes working closely with consultants on product positioning, regularly updating them on emerging products and technologies, and providing support during the design and specification finalization phases of projects.
The position also requires close collaboration with EPC & MEP contractors to develop comprehensive proposals for new Data Center projects, including both greenfield and brownfield initiatives. Responsibilities include defining the scope of work, preparing cost estimates, and delivering integrated systems and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
