Job Description:
The DCS Global Technical Services Program Director is ahands-on, individual contributor role focused on developing strategies,content, processes, and training to support the global Data Center Solutionsbusiness. This position will not have direct line management responsibilitiesbut will play a critical role in various key projects, including:
Key Responsibilities:Liquid Cooling:
Stay updated on advancements in liquid cooling technologies.
Ensure the business possesses the necessary expertise to assist customers in transitioning to higher density racks and liquid cooling solutions.
Risk Management Program Development:
Continuously improve the Risk Management program to align with industry standards and business needs.
Technology Development:
Lead initiatives to digitize processes, pilot AI Agent applications, and enhance Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) products and processes.
Training Development:
Create AI-enabled training programs to equip technicians with the skills needed to manage risks effectively at their sites.
This role requires a proactive approach to support theevolving needs of the DCS business and its clients.

It is a ‘doer’ role with the need to develop strategy,content, processes, playbooks, training etc to support the global Data CenterSolutions business.
Some specific projects which will be in the scope of thisrole could include:
Liquid Cooling
Keeping abreast of fast moving developments in this area.
Ensuring the business have the necessary knowledge andsupport to their customers move to higher density racks and liquid coolingtechnologies.
Risk Management Program Development
Continuous improvement of the Risk Management program toensure they remain relevant for the business and data center industry,
Technology
Work on developments to digitize processes, drive AI Agentpilots, improve CMMS products and processes etc
Training
Develop improved training, enables by AI, to ensure alltechnicians have the appropriate training needed to manage risks at their sites
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Technical Director position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary of $272,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
