Summary: As a Data Centre Lead, you will oversee the essential operations of a data center, ensuring that all physical components function seamlessly. Your typical day will involve managing floor space, air conditioning, and power installations, while also coordinating with vendors to maintain optimal service levels. You will be responsible for monitoring system events and batch management, ensuring that the data center operates efficiently around the clock. Additionally, you will lead a team of data center operators, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance performance and service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement best practices for data center operations to enhance efficiency. - Monitor and report on the performance of data center systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Administration. - Strong understanding of data center management principles and practices. - Experience with vendor management and service level agreements. - Knowledge of system event monitoring tools and batch management processes. - Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
