Job Title: Data Collection Executive – Field (Solar Division)

Job Summary:

The Data Collection Executive will be responsible for conducting field surveys and identifying potential customers interested in solar power installations. The role involves visiting residential and commercial locations, collecting accurate data, and supporting the sales team by generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit assigned areas daily to identify and collect data from households or businesses interested in solar installations.

· Record detailed information including customer name, address, contact number, and level of interest.

· Educate customers with basic information about solar systems and their benefits.

· Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to the reporting manager.

· Maintain daily activity logs and follow assigned routes or zones.

· Support the marketing team during solar awareness campaigns or field promotions.

· Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.

· Adhere to company guidelines, code of conduct, and safety standards during field visits.

Requirements:

· Qualification: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

· Experience: 0–2 years in field data collection / door-to-door marketing / survey / solar or utility sector preferred.

· Skills:

o Good communication and interpersonal skills

o Basic knowledge of mobile apps or Excel for data entry

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy

o Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

o Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
